The Sleeping Bear

This piece was created as a companion to one donated to a Wounded Warriors charity event. The concept behind the Sleeping Bear is that even after you hang up your uniform—whether military, police, fire, paramedic, nursing, or any other service—you don’t lose the part of you that makes you "you". The part that answered a calling. It’s still there, resting quietly. Sometimes all it needs is a new spark to wake it again.
